Decorated??fabricated beads and units used for necklaces and earrings are combined with semi-precious beads and cabochons. Rings and brooches are designed around individual cabochons. I do not remove all the marks of making; these are all unique pieces which are colourful and comfortable to wear.
Some makers I admire are, Alexander Calder, Emanuel Raft and Gerder Flockinger. Each must have influenced me in some way. I like their simplicity of form, with the freedom of complex surface decoration.
