30 years ago I fell in love with the charms of working in clay; my sense of texture, form and colour can find its earth here. I am strongly influenced by nature and inspired by changing qualities of the seasons. I strive to reflect these in my work with porcelain and recycled stoneware clays.
My focus is on thrown vessels, incorporating alkaline, crystalline and food-safe glazes. As these processes change and evolve I continue to be passionate about clay and compelled to keep making.
